Eric Himes, Founder & President of Inspo Strategic Advising & Coaching, presented Fostering Growth in Strategic Thinking on Tuesday, April 8th at The Oaks Grille. His strategic thinking workshop challenged attendees to routinely create space for strategic thinking. Eric encouraged business professionals to recognize their growth areas by first identifying their thinking style and then applying the 1 Shift Rule—making one small change at a time. He explained that strategic thinking is a skill that can be developed and strengthened through practice and effort, empowering attendees to reach their full potential.
