Business Connect Luncheon: February
We celebrated Valentine’s Day at Silver Fox Bar & Grill for the Business Connect Luncheon. The Chamber welcomed guest speaker Bob Kovanic, MBA, CPA from Padgett Business Services. Guests networked, mingled, and enjoyed a fresh salad, delicious pot roast or tasty chicken parmesan.
Bob Kovanic spoke on Tax Tips for Businesses. He explained in depth, new tax laws, including a new change effecting businesses with five or more employees. These businesses must now provide a retirement plan for employees.
Bob gave some great tips for tax credits as well!
