Kendall County Sheriff Dwight Baird presented the Kendall County Update. He provided details about the current operations of the jail and inmate programs. He also informed attendees of the status of the Sheriff Department’s budget and staffing needs. Sheriff Baird would like to remind everyone to join them at their National Night out on Tuesday, August 1st at the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office located at 1102 Cornell Ln. Festivities to include a cruise night, dunk tank, touch a truck, food trucks, face painting, games, tours, safety demonstrations and live music by Ripped Jeans Duo.
