Business Connect Luncheon: March 2025
City Administrator, Bart Olson, presented the Annual City Update on Tuesday, March 11th at Station One Smokehouse. He reviewed the new businesses, residential development, and regional housing analysis from 2024. Bart provided updates on economic development coming in 2025 and beyond such as Costco, Hyatt Studios, QuickTrip, and Data Centers. He also gave additional details about upcoming city development including the Public Works facility, transition to Lake Michigan water, Rt. 47 construction, watermain replacement, and repaving several subdivisions.
