Speaker Alton Duderstadt, President and Chief Searchologist at Searchology taught attendees how to use Google Business for Free to Improve Sales, Leads and Exposure. Alton's presentation included tips to maximize local listings on Google and encouraged guests to use keywords and call tracking, respond to reviews, and work in a Q&A. He also provided helpful tips about web design. According to Alton, it only takes 2.5 seconds for a person to decide to remain on a website, so it is important to focus on the "why" not the "what."
