Sharing key signs to watch for, some obvious and other small subtle behaviors that may be signal of an onset. How monitoring communication whether verbal, non-verbal or paraverbal can catch warnings signs that all may not be ok with your coworkers.
She touched on the importance of paying attention to your own body language when addressing employees displaying suspect behaviors and offered tips to help bring them down from an escalated state.
