On Thursday, June 25, 2026, The Yorkville Area Chamber of Commerce was proud to celebrate Downtown Social with a ribbon-cutting ceremony alongside co-owners Jay DeMarco and Jason Davis. Chamber members, friends, family, Mayor John Purcell, and numerous community supporters gathered to welcome and celebrate this exciting new addition to downtown Yorkville.

Guests enjoyed an afternoon filled with great company, delicious finger foods, appetizers, and beverages while exploring the vibrant new venue. Adding to the festivities, 97.1 FM The Drive was onsite providing music, entertainment, and exciting concert ticket giveaways throughout the event.

Downtown Social represents a unique collaboration between DeMarco and Davis and brings another dynamic gathering space to Yorkville's growing downtown district. The strong turnout reflected the community's enthusiasm for supporting local entrepreneurs and celebrating new business investment in Yorkville.
