 Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Yorkville, IL, for a Licensed Insurance Producer. The position involves selling and promoting insurance products, providing personalized insurance solutions, and maintaining client relationships. You will reach out to prospective clients, assess their insurance needs, and recommend appropriate coverage options. Additional responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, explaining policy details, assisting with claims, and staying updated on industry changes and products.

 Qualifications

• Insurance Sales and Insurance industry experience
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills
• Effective Sales abilities, including identifying and closing new business opportunities 
• Proficient in organizational and time management skills
• Ability to effectively build rapport and trust to maintain client relationships
• Ability to operate effectively within a team and achieve sales targets
• Current and active insurance license or willingness to obtain one
• Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems is a plus
