J&E Restoration is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on building relationships with homeowners, generating new business, and guiding customers through the restoration and repair process. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and comfortable working directly with clients.

Compensation & Benefits

$30,000 annual base salary

5% commission on all sales

Responsibilities

Generate and follow up on leads for restoration and repair projects

Meet with homeowners and property owners to assess project needs

Provide estimates and explain the restoration process

Build strong relationships with clients and referral partners

Maintain accurate records of leads, estimates, and closed jobs

Work closely with project managers to ensure customer satisfaction

Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Qualifications

Previous sales experience preferred (construction or restoration a plus)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
