Spring Awakening: A Witchy Women’s Circle for Renewal & Embodiment

Gather in sisterhood and reconnect with the body, the elements, and the cycles of renewal.

During this workshop, we will use breathwork, intuitive movement, and oracle cards to help us engage in reflection, ritual, and somatic practices to intuitively explore what needs to grow and be released as the seasons shift.

Students are encouraged to bring a yoga mat or cushion to sit on the floor (although chairs are available if needed). Please also bring a notebook or journal.
