Dear Community Partners,

We are reaching out with an exciting opportunity to support the students of Ace Taekwondo as they embark on a life-changing journey! In June 2025, a talented group of our students will be traveling overseas to compete in an international Taekwondo tournament in South Korea. This experience will not only enhance their athletic skills but also provide them with a unique cultural exchange that will foster leadership, discipline, and personal growth. To help make this dream a reality, we are hosting a special fundraiser on February 2nd at Suzy's Pizza in Yorkville, and we would love for you to be a part of this effort. The event will feature food, trivia games, a silent auction, and raffles, with all proceeds going directly to support the travel and competition costs for our students. The total cost per student to attend this life-changing tournament is approximately $4,600, and we are aiming to raise the necessary funds through this community-centered event. 

How You Can Help: We are seeking donations of raffle and silent auction items, as well as event sponsorships. Your generous contributions will not only benefit our students but will also provide excellent exposure for your business within our community. This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your support for local youth and be recognized for your role in making this extraordinary experience possible.

•Tickets: $35 per individual or $100 for a table of 4 Sponsorship Opportunities: We are offering a range of sponsorship levels to suit your business, and we would be happy to discuss these options further. Sponsors will be prominently featured at the event, in event materials, and through our communications.

•Donate Raffle or Silent Auction Items: Popular items include gift cards, products or services, eventtickets, and unique experiences.
•Become a Sponsor: Choose a sponsorship level that best aligns with your business goals.
•Register for the Event: Tickets are available for purchase, and we’d love to have your support in attendance as well!
