Winter furnace tuneup
- Inspect flue & venting for obstructions, leaks, & clearance to combustibles
- Inspect heat exchanger for sooting, corrosion, & cracks
- Inspect furnace for worn parts or vibrations
- Inspect gas burners, burner ignitor, & assembly
- Check high limit control
- Inspect gas lines & connections at heating equipment for leaks and gas valve for corrosion, leaks, proper flow and noise
- Check & adjust manifold gas pressure/record
- Check heat/aux heat operation, measure volts & amps
