Juste Bertino Lagouwo is the Founder and President of the Organization for Citizens Humanitarian Assistance (OCHA), a nonprofit initiative dedicated to supporting immigrant, refugee, and underserved communities through education, career development, humanitarian assistance, and community empowerment.
With an academic background in healthcare services management, project management, and biological sciences, Juste has devoted much of his work to designing and implementing programs that help vulnerable populations build stability and long-term opportunity. His professional experience and training in project management and community development have allowed him to contribute to initiatives focused on education access, economic empowerment, and humanitarian support.
Juste believes that strong communities are built when individuals are given the tools, knowledge, and encouragement to grow.
The Organization For Citizens Humanitarian Assistance (OFCHA) is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering immigrants, refugees, and underserved communities through career services, education development, mental health support, legal assistance, and humanitarian programs. OCHA promotes self-sufficiency, resilience, and equitable opportunities locally and globally through integrated, community-driven solutions.
