Aging in Reverse: Simple Habits for Lasting Vitality

with Arinne Dickson, Your Friend in Health

How would you like to get healthier and feel younger with age? Yes, it is possible! Life and health do not have to be downhill after 40. In this interactive workshop with Arinne Dickson, Your Friend in Health, you will learn four keys to slow down the aging process, as well as how to minimize the “garbage” that accelerates aging. You’ll walk away feeling equipped to create a lifestyle that leads to lasting energy and thriving health.  

After the talk, we’ll make Mason-jar salads together, and everyone will take home 5 beautiful salads ready to enjoy!

Following the presentation, we’ll create beautiful Mason-jar salads together. Every guest will leave with five ready-to-enjoy salads—perfect for healthy meals throughout the week!

Your registration includes:

• A 30-minute interactive wellness talk with Arinne
• All greens needed for your salad jars
• Five quart-size Mason jars (unless you choose the bring-your-own option)

Each guest should bring:

• Two favorite salad ingredients or toppings to share
  • Please bring 5 cups of each item, washed, chopped, and ready to serve
• Any preferred salad dressings
