📣 Support Our New Teacher Welcome Breakfast!

Help us give a warm welcome to the incredible educators who are joining our schools this year! We're hosting our annual New Teacher Welcome Breakfast, and we’re inviting local businesses to be part of this meaningful event by sponsoring, donating, or participating. Many of whom are new to the area and need to know about your business for goods and services!

👉 All teachers attend for FREE — thanks to generous support from businesses and community partners like you!

🤝 How Would You Like to Support?

There are many ways your business can make a difference! You may choose to sponsor the event, helping cover the cost of the breakfast while receiving recognition in our promotional materials. You can also donate items or services to be included in our raffle or teacher welcome bags—these might be coupons, branded gifts, supplies, or anything you’d like to share with our educators. If you prefer a more interactive role, you’re welcome to attend in person to connect directly with teachers and introduce them to your business. Many sponsorship levels include attendees. 

Can't attend? Virtual sponsorship opportunities are also available. Consider treating additional teachers to help us ensure all teachers attend free of charge. If you have another way you'd like to contribute, we’d love to hear it!

Sponsorship opportunities and registration will be open starting Friday, June 12th. Business who sponsored exclusive sponsorship levels the previous year will be sent a Legacy Sponsorship Renewal email with first rights to accept, please reply directly to that email with you desire to return. Exclusive-level sponsors receive first right of return at their previous level, but confirmation MUST BE RECEIVED BY MIDNIGHT, THURSDAY, JUNE 11TH.

After this deadline, any unclaimed spots will be released to the full membership and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Welcome our newest educators with a little extra magic! As you register for the New Teacher Welcome Breakfast, we invite you to consider contributing a prize for our teacher raffle. These educators have no idea the excitement that awaits them and just imagine their surprise when they leave their first event of the year with a generous gift from your business or organization. Whether it's branded swag, gift cards, or classroom supplies, your contribution gives your brand well deserved recognition while helping us sent them into the school year feeling supported, celebrated, and inspired. For ideas, we've included a list of the most requested teacher items, thank you for helping make this experience unforgettable!

For added exposure and to reach a broader audience, also consider providing promotional materials, coupons, or giveaway items to be places in each teacher's swag bags (we're requesting a minimum of 50 items)

This is a great opportunity to get your name out there as a prominent community business member, show your support for all that our educators do for the community and to share what our businesses have to offer as many of these incoming educators may be new to the area.
